Democracy exists within certain conditions. If people dont have access to proper information, what value does their vote have? Scotland should have voted yes. They sit on large oil resources that could go towards the countrys welfare, for all - like it does in Norway. Now it goes to The City. In London. What other reason would No 10 have to keep Scotland in the Union, instead of letting a country and its people govern themselves?
