Denise is delivering Developing Your Team Through Effective Coaching for the first time this morning she will be looking at how Ofsted make judgments on your performance management processes, clarifying the purpose of coaching & how it supports the delivery of effective supervisions. Delegates will identify practical skills & techniques in facilitating the development of others & finally consider how to challenge practice, give effective feedback & agree actions for improvement.
