Denver Nuggets Off-Season Review Notable Additions: Arron Afflalo, Gary Harris, Alonzo Gee Notable Losses: Aaron Brooks, Anthony Randolph Addition by doing not a lot for the Nuggets this offseason, as theyll be relying on players returning from injury. In the backcourt Ty Lawson is back and ready to take the next step as a leader. Now with Nate Robinson returning from ACL injury, the point guard spot goes three deep, with Erick Green the third-string floor general. At the two, Denver did well to re-acquire Arron Afflalo to add some sorely needed perimeter defense. Randy Foye is relegated to the bench again, allowing him to focus on his spot-up threes. Again, Denvers depth goes three deep with Gary Harris out of Michigan State looking for garbage time. In the frontcourt, Danilo Gallinari, and Javale McGee are returning from injuries themselves, further increasing the depth of this team. Kenneth Farieds latest 5-year $60 million contract will have him as lock for the starting spot, and potentially the second best player on this team. Timofey Mozgov proved himself a valuable commodity last season and likely will start of McGee until he proves himself again. J.J Hickson, Darrell Arthur, McGee and Wilson Chandler all look to provide some valuable minutes behind Gallo, Manimal, and Mozgov. A solid but unspectacular off-season, as Brian Shaws squad looks to improve internally. Possibly the deepest team in the league, and a potential dark-horse candidate to make the Western Conference Finals. Grade: B - Benny
