Deployments can be tough and isolating. In an attempt to bring our Battalion together we are setting up groups of various interests. If you are interested in any of these groups please contact the FRG point of contact and get your name, email and phone number on the list. Playgroup: Beginning in December this group will meet twice monthly, this is a drop-in and out group. The play group will plan to meet one Saturday and one Weekday throughout the deployment. Parks and play spaces will vary. Playgroup dates may change due to weather. This group will meet every other month and pick out a few awesome things to do. Some ideas on the table are rock climbing gym and laser tag, but we want to know what you want. Although the FRG will arrange the get-togethers, they will not be paying for these events. This group will not begin until January. We are currently looking for childcare, but currently we do not have it. If this changes we will let you know. The meetings will be both on the weekend and on a weekday. All ages can participate. You can log miles on your own, as well as in a group.
