Depression does not discriminate. It could happen to men and women. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety attacks 2 yrs ago. Ys I have my ups and downs, but not everyday with the help of medications my doctor prescribed for me. But family and friends its not easy at all to fight for my self and keep a smile for the sake of my kids!! I try not to be alone!! Always around my kids, my sister, and now that I live close to my cousins Richard and Felisha. It helps me a lot!! It waits for u to be alone! And boom!! It hits u. This depression had me at first thinking a lot about the wrongs, failure, afraid even suicide!! But I thank the lord for letting me cash it on time!! And ys my kids know when it hits me. I stay quite not saying a word. Into my own world. I get agitated, fatigued and once I tell them, leave me alone for a minute and I take my anxiety pill and relax. It helps!! And Im back on track!!lol But theres a little angel that came into my life!! That ever since she was born on June the 6th of this year. Has completely change the worst to a peaceful and calmed me. My grand baby Avery Marie Tagle. And I thank God everyday for saving my life!!! In sending me this little miracle. And believe me!! This damn depression is not going to beat me!!! Now that I have my little angel in my life!! And I need to be strong for my 3 kids, my husband, my family and my grand baby. Because as much they need me, I need them too!! God is Good!! Amen....
