Depression doesnt just suck, it can kill! In light of Robin Williams recent passing, the funny man who had it all, if it can happen to him, it can most certainly, and does happen to anyone. So, maybe from here on out, when you come across one who is in the dumps, blue, a Debbie-downer, DO SOMETHING positive! Dont ignore it! Dont minimize it, and by all means, dont tell them to just get over it! The absolute worst of depression starts somewhere, maybe with just feeling a bit sad, or down and out. If left unattended........Well, think twice before turning your back on one in need. You never know how a small gesture of kindness may do wonders for them. Remember, you/we have no idea what may be going on with someone......so Dont Judge!
