Deputy Davis McGahey’s son Matthew has been waiting for a lung transplant for much of the last year. Well today he got the call!! Matthew and his family are headed to Vanderbilt to have the transplant done this afternoon. Matthew is a special young man who has never given up the fight. Sheriff Davis and the staff at HCSO are proud of Matthew and excited for today’s opportunity for him. Please take the time to think of Matthew and his family today. Continued prayer for everyone involved would be welcomed.
