Deputy Jerry M. Crews 1955-2014 Today the Pierce County Sheriffs Office along with the his family and his community, said a loving farewell to this great public servant. We want to thank you for 26 years of serving this community. And although you served throughout this state in many capacities, you belonged to US. I havent seen Jerry as much as when I dispatched, but I was blessed to have one last conversation with him a few days ago. As he passed me in the hallway, he slapped me on the back and said, MISSSSKAAAAAA.....you ready for that baby? Jerry, I never told you about that! You spyin on me? Nope....I keep up with my people. Stop worrying about it. God will take care of it all Jerry will never know how much that conversation means to me. I thank God for letting me have 14 years to know this great man.
