Description: The stupidity of a few miscreants has resulted in tension after they set fire to a bust of Dr Rajkumar’s bust. The incident took place at Bangarappanagar where these goons set fire to the bust that was installed in the area just 3 days ago. The bust was installed by Dr Raj fan’s Seva samithi and Balamuri seva samithi. Preparations were being made to unveil the bust on Nov 23. Rajarajeshwarinagar police have visited the spot.There’s anger brewing as Dr Raj fans are demanding strict action against the miscreants. There was dispute over the land where the bust was installed. Few people wanted a temple to be constructed, while other wanted Dr Rajs bust. The locals believe that this dispute is what led to the incident. It is also suspected that the miscreants set fire to the bust after midnight. MN Reddi has constituted a special team to nab the miscreants. Addl commissioner Alok Kumar has visited the spot and a dog squad has also been called in to nab the accused. KRV, Jaya Karnataka and other pro-kannada organisations are staging a protest demanding arrest of the miscreants. Meanwhile, Puneeth rajkumar also spoke to us and appealed for peace. ಡಾ.ರಾಜ್ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಭಗ್ನಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಾಜರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಾಸಕ ಮುನಿರತ್ನ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಅಲೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅಲೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಂಡ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಅಂತಾ ಹೇಳಿದ್ರು. ತಡರಾತ್ರಿ ದುಷ್ಕರ್ಮಿಗಳು ರಾಜ್ ಪುತ್ಥಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾರೋ ದುಷ್ಕರ್ಮಿಗಳು ಕೃತ್ಯ ಎಸಗಿರಬಹುದೆಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಅಂತ ಅಲೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹೆಳಿದ್ರು. ಇನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಡಿಸಿಪಿ ಲಾಬೂರಾಮ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಸಿಬಿ ಡಿಸಿಪಿ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ್ ಗೋಯಲ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗ್ತಿದೆ. 2-3 ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನಗಳಿಂದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದ್ರು. -------------- ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಡಿಸಿಪಿ ಲಾಬೂರಾಮ್ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ರು. ---------- ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸ್ತಿದಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ, ಜಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಕನ್ನಡಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿವೆ. ಕರವೇ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಾರಾಯಣಗೌಡ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಿಗಿ ಬಂದೋಬಸ್ತ್ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಾಜರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿನಗರ, ಬ್ಯಾಟರಾಯನಪುರ, ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ, ವಿಜಯನಗರ, ಚಂದ್ರಾಲೇಔಟ್, ಜ್ಞಾನಭಾರತಿ,ಮಾಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಠಾಣೆಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಗಿ ಬಂದೋಬಸ್ತ್ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
