Description: This position will be responsible for the following: * Coordination of many processes and operations across departments * Assisting in development and execution of efficient processes * Coordination and execution of HR policies and processes within existing framework * Assistance with, and completion of, business management paperwork * Management of facility supplies and services * Maintain and coordinate various compliance requirements * Support and backup management tasks and initiatives * Participate and contribute heavily to special projects that cross departmental and branch boundaries This position requires someone with an ability to learn very quickly, self motivate, and stay highly organized. The ideal candidate will not mind doing a lot of group interaction on higher level task-based items. There will be some processing work that needs to be done to achieve the overall goals, but much of the responsibly is to keep the entire team glued together, problem solve, and help drive process improvement. Requirements: * Stronger than average ability in Office productivity software, as well as enough natural talent to learn new software quickly (multiple business management systems) * Associate’s degree, or sufficient relevant experience * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Understanding of, or experience with, accounting in practice * Experience will be a strong plus, or ability to show experience using relevant talents * We can’t emphasize enough needing good, fast learning and problem solving skills
