Building and maintaining deeply technical partnerships with infrastructure technical teams is expected and requires exceptional written and verbal communications skills. Required technical skills include a thorough understanding of Windows Desktop management best practices including experience with IBM Endpoint Management (formerly Big Fix) or similar platforms. Strong candidates will have experience with Windows systems programming/automation (VBScript, PowerShell, Perl), Microsoft OS Imaging/deployment tools (MDT), as well as previous experience with managing and supporting medium to large distributed Windows workstation environments and an understanding of networking concepts.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Must have 3 to 5 years? experience with Windows laptops/desktop hardware and administering/supporting Microsoft Windows in a medium to large enterprise Must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with a wide range of infrastructure, including but not limited to TCP/IP, Operating Systems, Device Management, and client systems. Must have experience with Windows automation and systems programming such as Windows scripting host, Batch, Perl, or C# Must have expert Microsoft Windows 7 knowledge and Engineering level experience with Windows imaging, deployment, OS patch, and application deployment High proficiency with centralized Windows security, encryption, and policy management.
