Despite being away from a work; at home with my daughter, who has a virus (thankfully not hand, foot and mouth!), watching kids televisions shows, It has allowed me to stop and realise just how lucky I am. I have a beautiful thirteen month old daughter, who I watch and facilitate to learn and grow, everyday! That in itself is life changing rewarding in ways that only and a parent understand. I have an amazing family that has stuck by every decision (good and bad) I have ever made and continue to support me [as you can imagine, at times being a single parent can be difficult and everybody needs help] in every way they can. I also now have an amazing, beautiful girlfriend who inspires me and motivates me to become a better man! She also loves bodybuilding. So basically, she is perfect lol. Life is pretty darn good right now. Sometimes it pays to stop and be thankful for what you have (even of there are things you wish you did have {like the seventy million dollar winning Powerball ticket for example}) and if you arent, find things or people who do. If youre still out of luck, maybe its time to reassess and make the necessary changes to your life to ensure you are happy, and as productive as possible. #foodforthought #thoughtforfood #totd
