Development Operations Manager Glimmerglass Festival - Cooperstown, NY Glimmerglass Festival (Cooperstown NY) The internationally acclaimed Glimmerglass Festival, located in Cooperstown in Central New York State, is seeking a development officer to manage daily gift entries, acknowledgements, campaign results and reports and to strategically track the engagement of patrons. The ideal candidate is adept with software systems, and interested in finding creative new ways to process and report this information; programming knowledge is not required. The operations manager will also serve as one of four gift officers, attend special events, help host patrons throughout the Festival’s eight-week summer season and maintain a portfolio of donors. He or she will also co-manage the Young Glimmerglass Group (YGG) and collaborate with the team on setting goals and overall strategies for achieving them.
