So my point is How are u going to do with no budget. You will get many free options but the servers that will host your site will add their domain with it, such as (some_site.wix). Now how will u add your site without all these shit. The choice is simple , just signup at the link embedded , its a very convineint site that provides free web hosting services with PHP, MySQL, 2000 MB of disk space,FTP, 100 GB of bandwidth and free domain. Im hosting my own site over it. NOTE : THERE is a Limitation of the free hosting users Till 1 Aug.
