Development is still going to be a relevant word even in the next generation and tnerefore we need to encourage the young people of our contry to go and prepare themselves adequately so that when tneir time comes, tney are not found wanting. Those of us who have to go to school must go to school, those of us who must be in politics in the future should start moulding and preparing themselves, those that are in private and civil sector also need to fully equip themselves so as to be ready to meet the challanges ahead. As the current young generation, we are incumbents of the state and therefore we need to do all that is necessart to ready ourselves for that time where we have to assume duty.
