Did Akeem Dent pass his physical, or not? The trade is contingent - TopicsExpress

Did Akeem Dent pass his physical, or not? The trade is contingent upon Yates passing his for Atlanta and Dent passing his physical for the Texans to acquire him. Looks like he had a pretty nasty ankle injury as far back as February. One doc wanted to clean it out, and then a second opinion doc said it didnt need to be cleaned out. Rick Smith has a penchant for former IR players and free agents. Check Rotoworld, at the link below, if you dont believe me. Ill still wager on Brooks Reed until I hear that Dent can pass his team physical, so that he can even play game day one, because at least you know the guy that can pass the physical will actually be able to trot on field, with the team, on game day. Just saying, lets not count our chickens before they hatch. I dont care whether he can go to the Pro Bowl with J.J. Watt, or Duane Brown, or not. All I care about is whether hes even allowed to play, because if he cant get the green light to play, come game day, then all those previous sacks and tackles stats are simply futile, null, and void for our team come game day, season, or pre-season, no matter and either way. Okay, did some more searching, and here is John The General McClain reporting, for the Chron Sports section, that Dent did not pass his physical in the timely manner expected of the trade. I would almost wager, if I even had any money to, that this is likely totally related to his ankle. Sounds like the second opinion doc wasnt competent nor reliable, but, Hey, this is Houston, right? We host, and are home to, one of the most globally renowned medical centers on the planet. And one of the finest, and most stellar, limb jedi academies, for both rookie, and veteran, orthopedic specialists and surgeons, alike, is Fondren Orthopedic over at Fondren and 610 South. Crennel, Verbel, OBrien, and the McNairs, should send him, forthrightly, over to Fondren Orthopedic, in the Med Center, to have his questionable, and previously injured, ankle x-rayed, and ultrasound imaged, ASAP, and then have whatever scoping, cleaning, tendon, or cartelidge procedure that would actually resolve his old injury, done straight away, and without anymore time wasting and pointless delays. Leave it to our glorious and Mensa level General Manager Ricky Spock Smith to repetitively take in these injured, stray, free agents, with mange and past injuries, galore, even those that would play on his precious, his all important defense. blog.chron/ultimatetexans/2014/06/dent-unable-to-join-texans-until-he-passes-a-physical/#24365101=0 rotoworld/player/nfl/6628/akeem-dent
