Did a bit more work on the finger mechanism, was struggling for a bit but I think I came up with a solution. I gave it a sort of backbone of taut bungee cord so they will spring back into place. Will need to add some stoppers so they dont go to an unnatural angle like that. Also need to run some string down the front of the fingers so I have something to attach to a glove or something to pull on and move them.
