Did a two day cleanse over the weekend: Day 1 after second CFL got massive headache, decided to have asprin and two pieces of toast with vegemite (one piece at two different intervals-which is what I do for my headaches) but continued the cleanse program Day 2 woke up headache free, but after taking second CFL headache started, so had an e shot - this fixed it 😃 Result on Monday morning: woke early feeling pretty good, felt even better after getting on the scales...4+kgs gone!!! Thanks Danielle Cassidy Bellamy for your encouragement....dumb ass lol
