Did anyone else have this thought? Even though Obama has known about ISIS for a few years, last January he still referred to ‘ISIS’ as a “JV” team when addressing America. Now recently when ISIS sent this ‘gruesome’ video message DIRECTLY to Obama he then referred to them as ISIL instead of ISIS? I IMMEDIATELY thought this was odd and my EXACT thought was; “COULD THIS BE A CODED MESSAGE ??? ISIL stands for the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant…What is the Levant anyway ?
