Kindly Pm me for more details on the job scope Responsibilities: - Handling inbound calls and emails regarding hotel reservation and enquiries. - To be able to provide accurate information related to travel and tours for customers convenient traveling. -To meet daily individuals KPI Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least a SPM , Diploma level qualification, preferably from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. -Candidate with Diploma level qualification in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply -Required language(s): English - Compulsory language(s): Cantonese & Mandarin (able to speak & write) - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. -Training will be provided. - Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shift, weekends and public holidays. - Strong communication skills - Able to start work immediately Salary & Benefit: • Basic Salary: MYR 2,100 • Language Allowance: MYR 500 • Can earn an average commission up to MYR 500 per month + over time. • 5 working days in a week • Expedia travel benefits (staff discount) • Commission/ Incentives: can earn unlimited per month. • Medical, Dental & Insurance coverage (Spouse & children covered) • Rest & relax area (pool & foosball table, etc) • Gym and shower facilities.
