Did everyone enjoy their extra hour of sleep last night? Or did you just wake up an hour earlier than usual? Since were coming up on that time of year when the weather greatly affects how we feel (colder, damp temperatures and achy, stiff joints sound familiar?), this weeks self-help tip aids in regulating our internal thermostat. As always, I promise its quite simple: Either place your hands on the outside back of each knee, Or, hold your palms together. Dont forget to breathe. :) Happy harmonizing, everyone!
