Did everyone see this announcement from Lower Allen Twp? .........The Commissioners have been considering enacting an ordinance prohibiting commercial vehicles from parking in residential districts. The ordinance would prohibit any vehicle over 11,000 lbs, and any vehicle under 11,000 lbs that contains lettering, equipment racks, etc. Recreational vehicles and trailers may also be included. This issue will be discussed at upcoming public meetings, which are held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month. The Commissioners are interested in hearing from residents on both sides of this issue, those it may affect as well as those who are in favor of such a measure. The next public meeting will be held on September 22nd at 7:00 pm. .... Our situation here in the Manor would be affected by this. Could someone attend the meeting? We wont be home.
