#WorkoutWednesday with a little #HumpDay #motivation... Barbell Sumo Squat. Also referred to as a Plié Squat. Make sure when you squat that your knees point out in line with your toes. Dont allow your knees to buckle in front of you. Thats the biggest mistake I see people do. Of course its harder when you do it correctly lol, and tons more effective! Great exercise for the #Glutes! This is one form of squatting that I do, however, I never do regular squats. There are tons of exercises to isolate the glutes and frankly, I just dont like squats. They arent necessary to build your booty.
