Did my first session in Strength & Fitness Westside this morning. A great set up, especially for any athletes looking for a place to train. Id highly recommend the place. - 2 Sleds - 2 Prowlers - Dumbbells (up to 60kgs) - Kettlebells (up to 40kgs) - Resistance bands (all strengths) - 30m of astroturf - Tyres and sledhammers - Battle ropes - 3 Olympic lifting platforms - 3 Plyo platforms - 4 Plyo boxes (various heights) - Med balls (2kgs - 10kgs) - Suspension straps - Bodyweight training stations - Safety squat bar - Landmines - Free weights - Cable machines - Glute ham raise machine Theyve a lot more besides this list, and outside their doors is some flat surfaced grass, for those looking to do some tempo training on a soft surface.
