Did she really have to spray the lady thoe? Obviously the lady needs serious mental help and they turned her away without calling the authorities to get her to a mental health facility? I seriously hope she if doesnt get mentally stable is able to live her life with constant support. Its extremely sad to see another human being suffer like that, and quite embarrassing to know that 4 people in the video saw her, and not one attempted to help. One sat and recorded while another sprayed her when she wouldnt leave the window, while one just tried to get her to leave without help, and one who walked straight pass her. Events like this shouldnt be acceptable.
