Did you ever notice that many infamous totalitarian rulers throughout history have last names consisting of two syllables? Hitler, Stalin, Franco, Nero, Banda, Armas, Reyes, Silva, Tiso... And now maybe Putin ? (Not saying any of these guys should be grouped together or be considered similar in nature, but there are even more names that could be added to the list)... Or maybe I just need a good night of sleep..
