Did you know Breathing Everyone have some sort or weakness when it comes to lifestyle and quality of life Mine personally it is no longer food …but stress But beyond stress here is some powerful reason why you should practice breathing everyday ….I do mid-day at the clinic 4-7-8 breathing it this 4 minutes exercise changes everything Breathing Detoxifies and Releases Toxins !!! With so many people buying into detox products or program breathing as some of the most profound benefits since we are designed to release 70% of toxins through breathing. If you are not breathing effectively, you are not properly ridding your body of its toxins Breathing Releases Tension: Think how your body feels when you are tense, angry, scared or stressed. It constricts. Your muscles get tight and your breathing becomes shallow. When your breathing is shallow you are not getting the amount of oxygen that your body needs. Breathing Relaxes the Mind/Body and Brings Clarity Breathing Relieves Pain. Breathing Strengthens the Immune System Breathing Improves Quality of the Blood Deep breathing removes all the carbon-dioxide and increases oxygen in the blood and thus increases blood quality. Breathing Improves Digestion Breathing Improves the Nervous System The brain, spinal cord and nerves receive increased oxygenation and are more nourished. This improves the health of the whole body, since the nervous system communicates to all parts of the body. Proper Breathing makes the Heart Stronger this is also one of my reason why I do breathing exercise since deep breathing leads to a greater pressure differential in the lungs, which leads to an increase in the circulation, thus resting the heart Proper Breathing assists in Weight Control :) Big time ..try this next time you are in the kitchen cravings !!! Breathing Boosts Energy levels and Improves Stamina Breathing Improves Cellular Regeneration Breathing Elevates Moods We all need to remind ourself to stop every now and then or simply give yourself the permission …I have learn this from two experts Steph and Jay at YogaHaus Here is also a link from Dr Weil on breathing exercise that I have been recommending my clients to do for many years now Namaste Bruce https://youtube/watch?v=_Wg-UAYGa2A
