This is being funded by the Patient Center Outcome Research Institute (PCORI) fee that employers with group Plans will pay. There is no avoiding this as it is in the law. That means that in addition to all of your financial records, the federal government and IRS will also have access to all of your medical records including every medical treatment and every prescription.
