Did you also know that John Calvin, one of the greatest theologians in our time, never coined the five points of Calvinism, nor did he ever want a doctrine named after him? Did you know that those who stood firm on the Reformed Theology, that some call Calvinism, number many, and you may recognize some of those names that I will list. Charles Spurgeon - The Prince of Preachers George Whitefield St. Thomas Aquinas St Augustine Jonathan Edwards Martin Luther A.W. Pink J.I. Packer D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones R.C. Sproul (Reformed Bible College, Ligonier Ministries) Ulrich Zwingli John Knox N.T. Wright This is a small list, but of the most notable supporters of the Reformation. If Calvinism is false, then so are all of these men. If you are one to declare that John Calvin was absolutely wrong, and indeed all of these other men are absolutely wrong, you had better have a vast amount of theological training and intellect to back you up.
