Did you know...over 500 hours are put into each nearly new sale by volunteers to organise it, run it and sort out payments after. The money raised from the sale does not go to the organiser, it goes to the NCT charity to help support parents in the first 1000 days! The sale is very different from other local ones, sellers price their items in advance and drop off to the volunteers, who organise similar items together in the hall, turning it into a massive shop. Buyers enter, pick up a shopping bag(s) and as many bargains as they can carry and pay by cash or card on exit.
