I have been asked what my parents were drinking when they gave me my middle name. I love that. I like the name McCauley Ross. McCauley is Rosa Parks maiden name. Ross is Harriet Tubmans. Those two go great together. Tubman remarried after John Tubman. His name was Nelson Davies. Ive never heard of that last name----just Davis. I wonder how things were for Nelson being Tubmans husband. I cant imagine having that reputation hanging over my head. Then there Raymond Parks. Everything was fine in his marriage----to my knowledge ---until 12/1/55. How does one handle that? I would be nervous having one of those two for a mother.
