Did you know: that before adding in daily activities and eating and various things that one should drink at least half of his/her body weight in ounces each day?! So, if a person weighs 100 pounds (to keep it simple) he/she would need to drink at least 50 ounces of water per day just to keep up with how much your body uses, and that is before eating and drinking anything, before work, exercise, etc as our bodies use water all day every day for multiple purses! Think about it, water is VERY Important!
