Did you know that you can also get some protein in your diet from veggies? I wasnt AS aware of it until I did the Ultimate Reset last year and was surprised at the amount of protein I was still getting while on a Vegan eating plan. All of the following have right around 3g of Protein per serving (note that serving sizes vary by vegetable though): Kale Asparagus Cauliflower Broccoli Brussels Sprouts Artichokes Watercress Whats your favorite in the list? Pretty sure you all know mine ;)
