Key Lime White Chocolate Fudge Submitted by Tara Miller (NY) Ingredients 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter 5 oz. can evaporated milk 7.5 oz. marshmallow crème 3/4 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. bag white chocolate chips Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix 2 drops green food coloring Directions In a sauce pan, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir over low heat until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn to low and boil slowly, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips, vanilla, and packet 1 from the Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix until all ingredients are melted. Add food coloring; if desired. Spread into a buttered 9 x 9 inch pan and cool. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs from packet 2; if desired. Makes 20 servings.
