Did you workout today? If not heres your chance! Heres a little snip of my cardio days! Yes I love weights but need cardio to torch some of the body fat...why not lift weights and do cardio at the same time? Now to do this grab a comfortable weight and start in a squat position and as you come up push up with the weights as well. Dont almost hit a light fixture like I did in the beginning, watch out for small children, pets, and little people. Do this for 20 seconds and then hold a squat position for 10 seconds. Do this for a minute and 30 seconds! Take breaks when needed! You work just about everything here! Legs, Glutes, Shoulders, arms, Quads...a good old body fat burner! w00t!
