Didnt do too much Black Friday shopping. Went to Kohls last night. The check out line was very well organized. They wrapped it around the back of the store and there was only one way to the registers. We started out at the back of the store by housewares, and was at the register in 35 min. Next we went to McDonalds by Kohls where we ordered a latte and such. Ended up waiting there 30 min, only to have them tell us the coffee machine went down. They ended up refunding Joys money for it and gave her a coupon for a free latte. next on to CVS where we each scored a pack of 4count AA batteries for free. Also got some other good deals like a 18 pk of Northern toilet paper for $5.99 Went to Hancock fabrics and Joann fabrics today, and got some cheap material. Tough part about that trip was the fabric I needed, neither store had, so I had to order it on line. Next stop this am was Pet Smart to get 2 - 35# bags of dog food for less then $30 and a boat load of chews. Last stop was Olive Garden for soup and salad. Now to start using the material. So what did you do on Black Friday and did you get any good deals and was it a zoo? We were lucky, it wasnt bad except for Kohls, and that was manageable. Have a good week end.
