But what does this mean for you? Well you want to be healthier, a little fitter and look/feel a little better? Correct. Then eat your vegetables, fruits. Every meal get a double dose of vegetables and fruits. No over eating, this is a biggie and in my opinion the a main reason for the obesity epidemic, over eating, greed. Carbohydrates, a well varied balanced diet. Add a little carb with your meals, vary the source. Potatoes, beans, legumes, oats, rice... Scared of carbs?
