But heed my warning that if a diet requires you to cut calories, or if it tells you to cut out healthy grains and fruit, it could be detrimental to your health. Carbohydrates and fluid intake are the most essential energy sources which prevents binging, provides tons of energy, and speeds up your metabolism. NEVER cut out the carbs no matter how tempting it may be. The weight generally lost from cutting out carbs is water weight, as much as 15 -20 Ibs of water weight lost in the first month. Healthy carbs include fruit, veggies, brown rice, potatoes, quinoa etc
