Dilemma Alert, actually not mine thank God but i gave a friend some advice but I have a funny feeling shes not gonna listen and later shes gonna wish she had...the person Im referring to is a really good person starting a new endeavor and as the process has continued I started noticing the shes a little thick in the head...lol..(shell ask a question, but shes gonna do it her way...you try to advise but it falls on deaf ears) shes West Indian stubborn!! Like me! She doesnt know the smart Aletha Campbell whos learned from the best, she only knows the crazy Lee, so she probably thinks this crazy broad what does she know...lol, but its cool we all have to learn the hard way doesnt mean I wont keep helping if I can, what she does with info is up to her. So the Dilemma: someone gave her $14,000 cash about 2-3months ago, she never asked an idea was discussed and they said here make it happen, now the person has desided that the money is a loan and expects her to pick five days out of the week and on those days she is to put $100 in an envelope that have already been purchased for payment purpose and this is to be done until this gift which has now became a loan is paid in full...what would you do? I told her DO NOT put a red cent in an envelope because now it looks like shes admitting that it was a loan and not a gift and because there was no contract verbal or written she is now committing to repay! I think she needs to record a conversation i know its illegal but shit its proof that it wasnt a loan...help me out people, would you put the money in the envelope?
