Man menar att informationen som skulle visas och hanteras i rättegång är skadligt för staten och måste därför hållas hemligt. Det är värt att påpeka att samma tillstånd har använts vid tidigare fall för att mörklägga vissa historier som inte alls har haft något med statlig säkerhet att göra.
