Dinka- led government in South Sudan must be scrapped and thrown into the Nile and form federalism, so no one ethnic group dominates the government in South Sudan again. Permanent Constitution must be written through consent of all South Sudanese society. There must be term limit for the presidency, state governors and mayors and other elected officials. Total separation of powers between executive, judiciary, and legislative in the future federal government of South Sudan must be implemented. More political autonomy must be allotted to peripheries such as states, counties ete, so president doesnt interfere into state political affairs, and where state governors are completely accountable to people who elected them. As, for now, interim government should be implemented for two to three years until the new constitution agreed upon, by all South Sudanese through referendum comes to force. Aspirants running for the presidency should at least have four years college degree including aspirants for gubernatorial posts, so people of South Sudan are not led again by somebody who is dull minded, ethnocentric and lack rational capacity like Salv Kiir.
