Tues, Roasted Leg of Lamb, with garlic, rosemary nd lemon. Baked riwai, pumpkin, yams. Peas, carrots, zucchini in garlic butter, steamed brussel sprouts with tangy sauce and toastd almond flakes, mint gravy. Mums apple sponge with cream and ice cream. Mon, Homemade crumbed Hoki fillets with toastd sesame seeds, Italian parsley and lemon zest in a yummy big bun with garilc aioli, lettuce, tomato with spicy oven baked wedges and sour cream. Sun, homemade lasagne with spinach salad, chicken and broccoli bake, sticky chicken drumstiks. Sat nite otp. Thats it, for the past week. Recipes and costs later.
