Dinner for our friends Ruben & Lorena is ready to throw in the crock pot tomorrow. Chicken fajitas: orange, red, yellow peppers, cilantro, mushrooms, black beans, three cloves garlic and tomatoes seasoned with lipton onion soup mix, a dash of soy & terriyaki, sweet corn salsa, and a teaspoon of sugar. Chicken prepared ahead of time with ortega and lipton onion soup mix. Rice: black beans, peas, lipton, ortega, garlic. Wheww! Will throw chicken in with veggies tomorrow morning to slowly cook all day. #phew! Glad thats out of the way.
