Heres a simple example, if a hijacker from Eden Park hijacks outside his community lets say Alberton for instance bcoz they dont hijack in their own communties. Where do u think the hijacker from Alberton will hijack? Hell come to Eden Park bcoz it clears his conscience coz its not where he stays. A hijacker is a hijacker & we shouldnt make place for them in any community. Lets create a forum of communities to take on the SAPS to stop sitting on their behinds in Benoni at that so called useless hijacking unit who are suppose to investigate these crimes
