Guest Relations Officer Responsibilities: • Responsible for check-in and check-out services including reserving processing, rooming and transfer • Responsible for in house guest payment and cashiering • Handles all guest request during their stay • Handle all in house guest complaints • Coordinate/execution of guest related activities/program to meet guest needs/ interests Issues. • Collect and compile guest questionnaires/feedback for report • Conduct pre-arrival room inspection and ensure room setup standard • Coordinate all public relations activities/events • Build and maintain good rapport with guests and ensure proper handling of enquiries and complaints • Responsible for ensuring order and cleanliness in then main lobby area • To ensure house rule and regulations are properly observed by all guests visitors and contractors • Responsible for breakfast operations • Responsible for Pabx room and telephone system operations • Responsible for keycard system and the Wifi networks operations Requirements: • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level to ‘A’ level • At least 1-2 years experience in Front Office operations within the hospitality sector Qualified or interested candidates, please kindly apply in through emailing your CV to us at: career.bizhub@gmail To facilitate faster application processing, please utilize the email stated and not Apply Now or Send Email links in this website.
