Maintain corporate liquidity required to meet current and future obligations in a timely and cost effective manner. Manage optimal cash positioning through forecasting and short-term investing and borrowing activities. Monitor and control corporate exposure to financial and operational risks. Optimize capital structure, manage costs of long-term capital, and quantitatively evaluate capital resource investments. Utilize various types of payment systems and Internet technologies to transfer monetary value and business documents between parties. Manage cross-border funds movement and utilize trade financing methods. Oversee hedging activities. Partner with the business units to employ working capital strategies and tools to efficiently manage current assets and liabilities. Build cost effective relationships with financial services providers. Develop, recommend and administer Risk Management and ensure adequate Insurance coverage to maintain maximum protection for the Companys assets in cost effective manner. Manage the global insurance process including identifying and addressing risks, overseeing the annual renewal of coverage, optimizing insurance costs, and reviewing premium payments. Liaise with the Companys insurance brokers and assist in the management of all significant insurance claims.
