Director Phillip W. Johnson, Sandusky, has announced the cast of Bellevue Society for the Arts’ 2014–15 season opener, Monty Python’s SPAMALOT. Wilson, Bellevue Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy “Monty Python and the Holy Grail,” Monty Python’s SPAMALOT retells the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, and features a bevy of beautiful show girls, not to mention cows, killer rabbits, and French people. The 2005 Broadway production won three Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and received 14 Tony Award nominations. Book and lyrics by Eric Idle. Music by John Du Prez and Eric Idle. From the original screenplay by Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, and Michael Palin. Production dates are Fridays and Saturdays, September 19, 20, 26 and 27 at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, September 21 at 2:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 5.
