Edmen Community Staffing Solutions provides quality Support staff to Disability, Aged and Youth service organisations across Australia. We are on the hunt for 4 experienced Disability Support Workers in the Adelaide metro region. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience working within an accommodation/ group home setting. Shift times may include a combination of morning, afternoon, sleepovers, active nights and weekends. Emergency shifts will also be a component of this role. Candidates are required to have demonstrated experience supporting people with complex behaviour needs and be familiar with restrictive practice processes. Personal hygiene and assisting with medication is also a requirement of this role What you will need to be considered for this opportunity is: - Minimum 6 months experience working within a residential setting - Experience supporting people with complex behaviour needs - Great communication skills (both written and verbal) - Current Drivers License and reliable Motor Vehicle - Work across a flexible 24/7 roster, which includes evening, overnight and weekend shifts If you feel you have what we are looking for, please forward your resume to [email protected]
