Discover #MUSAIC—a video library in progress being assembled by the New World Symphony, America’s Orchestral Academy. We’re doing this in collaboration with outstanding educational institutions around the world. MUSAIC is a collection of excerpts from masterclasses, coaching sessions, lessons, and online conferences that share the advice and perspectives of many musicians. There are contributions from soloists, chamber musicians, members of outstanding professional orchestras, veteran masters as well as young musicians of many different backgrounds. This collection has been organized according to composers, artists, issues of musicianship and technique. The kind of information contained in MUSAIC is what teachers have traditionally passed on to their students. Now we’re hoping in this form to make it more available to all of you. We want to thank all our contributors, and we hope you’ll find this a helpful experience and enjoy exploring it.
