Discretion, Self-regulation and Protection privilege is the root and main weapon (of corruption) of an entire roster of evil villains that included Politicians, Gigantic Corporations, and Bankers. That system will frustrate us over and over if we do not act and pressure the government to create a strict policy and laws that supervise and prevents the mess, conflict of interest and abuse of privilege power of those who expect gain. Just because something has always been done in a certain way is never a sufficient reason for continuing to do it that way.
